The National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) developed the Hearts & Minds program as a wellness education initiative to promote the importance of integrating mental and physical health to maximize quality of life and recovery for people living with mental illness.  The Hearts & Minds program will include an inspirational video as well as printed products such as a booklet, fact sheets and tip sheets.  This program is made possible in part through OptumHealth sponsorship.
